Ingredients: ( pieces)
Flour ~ 350-360 grams
Sugar - 130 grams
Butter - 180 grams
Eggs - 1 pcs.
Chicken egg yolk - 1 pc.
lemon zest
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Vanilla sugar - 8 grams
Salt - a pinch
Sugar for sprinkling
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) ~ 12-15 minutes. Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the oven.
