A doctor performs surgery on the wrong baby. Little Nate was born happy and healthy. Not long after his birth, mom Jennifer Melton took him back to the hospital for a routine physical. A few hours later he was done. "There is no excuse on operating on the wrong baby, none," said Melton's attorney Clint Kelly.
