Hazrat Ali, also known as Ali ibn Abi Talib, was born in Makkah, Saudi Arabia on the 13th of Rajab. His father, Abu Talib, was the uncle of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and a respected member of the Quraysh tribe while his mother, Fatimah bint Asad, was a member of the influential Banu Hashim clan.
During his childhood, Hazrat Ali was raised by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his wife, Hazrat Khadija. Hazrat Ali grew up in a deeply religious and pious household, surrounded by the teachings of Islam. He was known for his intelligence, bravery, and righteousness even from a young age. Hazrat Ali grew up during a time of great political turmoil in the Arabian Peninsula and played a significant role in the early years of Islam.
