3/4 teaspoon salt
50 grams of butter
250 grams flour for bread (high in gluten)
125 grams of pastry shortening (vegan) or extra dry butter (non vegan) *available online*
Egg yolk or egg yolk substitute for spread.
Sugar for sprinkling.
And your favorite jam for the filling.
Bake at 210-220 °C for 20 & 30 minutes.
