Linear Plank Trench Crawls
Crab Reaches
Lateral Plank Trench Crawls
Crab Toe Touches
That's 1 round. Do a single round as a starter or finisher. For a full workout, do 3-5 rounds, resting a minute between rounds.
Alternating between a move that targets your frontside (anterior chain) and backside (posterior chain) is a great way to make your workouts more effective and efficient.
