White chocolate Ganache in a Steamed Pumpkin Yokan, coated with Mizu Shingen Mochi.

●White ganache
Whipping cream 35%: 40g~70g (Adjust the amount as needed)
White chocolate: 90g
Invert sugar (tremorine): 5g
●Steamed Pumpkin Yokan
Pumpkin: 200g
White soft sugar: 20g
Cornstarch: 15g
●Mizu Shingen Mochi
Granulated sugar: 15g
Ager: 15g
Water: 500ml
