Banana Bread with Butter Crumble Topping
Topping
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

4 very ripe bananas
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
6 tablespoons cold butter
Mix together until you get a crumble mixture ( set aside)

1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 loaf pans greased
In a bowl mash bananas add brown sugar and vanilla and cinnamon. mix together
Using a large bowl cream butter and sugar together until nice a fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time
Beat until a fluffy mixture
To wet ingredients sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir until combined ( do not over mix)
Add in Greek yogurt mix throughly
Pour in mash mixture and mix until throughly combined.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Place topping on each loaf of bread mixture Place into a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Cut when cooled
