An evil scientist, Scrow, unleashes a typhoon of fear in the city. Scrow's technology causes Inspector Jaywant to chase an illusion of his mother and Inspector Kavi to brandish his gun at ACP Diler, seeing him as a demon. ACP Diler heads out to stop Scrow on receiving an antidote from Balwinder.
