Ingredients
• Dal - 1 Cup
• Water - As required
• Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
• Oil - few drops
• Greens
○ Amaranth Leaves
○ Fenugreek Leaves
○ Spinach
○ Dill Leaves
• For Rasam
○ Cooked Dal + Greens, 2 to 3 tbsp
○ Coconut - 4 to 5 tbsp
○ Rasam powder - 3/4 tbsp
○ Cumin - 1/2 tsp
○ Hing - 3 pinches
○ Garlic - 3 to 4 pods
○ Salt
○ Tamarind
○ Jaggery
○ Curry leaves
○ Tempering

§ Mustard
§ hing
• For Palya
○ Oil
○Mustard - 1 tsp
○Chana dal - 2 tbsp
○ Urad dal - 2 tbsp
○ Red chillies - 2
○ Curry leaves - handful
○ Onion - 1
○ turmeric - 1/4 tsp
○ Dal + greens cooked
○Coconut - 1/2 cup or more
○ Jaggery - 3 tsp or more
○ salt
