It's based on pork skirt steak, stir-fried with plenty of cabbage and garlic, and eaten on a hot iron plate. It is inspired by the specialty of Bikkuri-tei in Fukuoka, Kyushu.
Teppanyaki stamina yakiniku has variations such as beef skirt steak, beef and pork offal, etc., so you can enjoy it according to your taste.
The 27-year-old young manager, Mr. Taniguchi, prepares this dish and manages the restaurant. He serves customers while swinging heavy woks and creating exquisite stamina menus.
