Ranjit's friends are shocked to see his dead body in the locker. Inspector Durga tells them that Ranjit has died of snake poison. Professor and Ajay guess that perhaps the gem was with Ranjit, but then where did the gem disappear. Ronit and Ajay try to figure out what do the letters U and O mean.
