1. Contralateral Landmine 1-Leg Hip-Hinge- Left Leg, Right Arm @ 8-12 reps
2. Ipsilateral Landmine 1-Leg Hip-Hinge- Left Leg, Left Arm @ 8-12 reps
3. Landmine Sumo Hip-Hinge @ 15-20 reps
Rest 1-2 minutes, switch sides, and repeat. Thatβs 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 2-4 rounds for a full workout.
