190g Cold Unsalted Butter chopped
135g Light Brown Sugar
135g Caster Sugar
300g Choc Chips - we like to use a mixture of 50% and 70%, but use whatever you like!
200g Cherries - we use a mixture of Glace and Sour
250g Plain Flour
110g Self Raising Flour
60g Cocoa - we use a mix of regular and black Cocoa
1 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g Cacao Nibs
