RACI is a type of RAM (Responsibility Assignment Matrix). It is used to visually show the roles and responsibilities of team members on your project.
You list the project tasks in the rows. You list the team roles in the columns.
In the intersection, you will put either R, A, C or I to represent the team member's role in the particular project task.
RACI stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consult and Inform.
