This module is part of Talent Management module in HCM or Human Capital Management. this process is essentially between employee and their manager where manager evaluates or assesses the performance of their direct reports on these criteria: Core values Personal Goals and Company Goals Competencies Job Responsibility The process starts with when employee does self evaluation and then manager does the evaluation of employee's performance.
