Known for her roles in NCIS, Hawaii Five-0, and The L Word - Generation Q, Arienne talks how boxing made her a stronger person both inside and outside the gym. She trains martial arts and boxing with former Bellator MMA fighter Adel Altamimi. Adel trains some of the top talent in Hollywood, like actor Chris Pratt, Brian Michael Smith, & Noah Centineo. His gym Humble Warrior is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA.
