Old lottery game that was used in cafes / bars.
Made in France in the 1930s
The large ball had to be turned to mix the colored balls.
When a franc is inserted into the slot and the lever is actuated, a colored ball appears in the oval slot at the bottom of the device.
Each color corresponded to a winning price offered by the owner of the cafe.
