Almond Cream Mini Bread】 <Ingredients> Daiso aluminum pounding mold (No.11) 18.7 x 10 x 4.8 (H x W x H) for 2 220g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour) 13g sugar (or sugar of your choice) 2.5g salt 1,5g yeast 30g lukewarm water (about 40°C) 100g milk (about 30~35°C) 26g beaten egg (room temperature) 13g condensed milk 13g mayonnaise Beaten eggs, granulated sugar, almond slices, to taste. *Temperature of milk: 35°C in winter, 30°C in spring and fall, and room temperature in summer. *After baking, a coating of honey diluted with a small amount of water will make it shiny. Baking (with preheating to 180°C) Bake at 180℃ for about 18 minutes. *Please use this as a guide, as it depends on your oven.
