I made moist and soft mini loaves of bread filled with almond cream.
Almond cream can be made in large quantities and frozen👍.
It is delicious on croissants or toast and baked.

30g almond powder
6g cake flour
25g unsalted butter
20g beaten egg
25g granulated sugar

220g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
13g sugar (or sugar of your choice)
2.5g salt
1,5g yeast
30g lukewarm water (about 40°C)
100g milk (about 30~35°C)
26g beaten egg (room temperature)
13g condensed milk
13g mayonnaise
Beaten eggs, granulated sugar, almond slices, to taste.
*Temperature of milk: 35°C in winter, 30°C in spring and fall, and room temperature in summer.
*After baking, a coating of honey diluted with a small amount of water will make it shiny.
Baking (with preheating to 180°C)
Bake at 180℃ for about 18 minutes.
