We get asked this question A LOT While we're very up front about our stance on running not being the best type of training to compliment your BJJ, we thought we should go into why that is. Running, like most forms of human movement, has a large skill component to it. This means that to run efficiently you must understand the technique and have practiced the skill. Our main gripe with running is that the vast majority of runners out there have not devoted any time to the learning of the skill...
