230g all purpose flour
Ā½ tsp salt
20cl vegetable oil
Stuffing :
500g minced chicken thighs (or pork)
3 tbsp light soy sauce,
Ā½ tbsp dark soy sauce
Ā½ tsp salt
Ā½ tsp sugar
Ā½ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
5cl meat stock or water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
