Ingredients(2cups :1cup=200ml)
◆caramel sauce
・40g granulated sugar
・15ml water
・15ml hot water
◆Pudding
・2 eggs
・1 egg yolk
・40g granulated sugar
・ 250ml milk
・a splash of pure vanilla extract
Method
Step1. Put the granulated sugar and water in a pan and heat.
Step2. When the caramel color is reached, stop the heat and add hot water.
Step3. Pour the caramel into the cup.
Step4. Add the granulated sugar to the eggs and mix.
Step5. Put the milk in a pan and warm until just before boiling.
Step6. Add the warm milk to the eggs little by little and mix and pour into cup.
Step7. Pour hot water into a heat-resistant container and arrange the cups.
(Cover the cup with aluminum foil.)
Step8. Bake for 40-45 minutes in an oven at 150℃.
Step9. It is completed when cooled well.
