3-4 kg Lengua (Ox tongue), cleaned and washed thoroughly
¼ cup pounded garlic, with skin on
1 white onion, peeled and quartered
Splash of White vinegar
Splash of Fish sauce, to taste
¼ cup butter
2 cups finely chopped red onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Worcestershire sauce
Broth (from boiling the Lengua)
1-2 cups all-purpose cream
2-3 cups sliced button mushroom
Grated cheese
