What's up, folks! I'm back with another reaction, and this time we listen to another excellent and album-worthy single from the Catching Up With Depeche Mode compilation, "Shake the Disease." Indeed, I think this song is good enough to have been on Black Celebration or Some Great Reward, but a friend of the channel (profile name Hand Solo) made a point that Mute had a policy of including some popular singles on compilations rather than proper albums as a way to entice more serious fans to buy compilation releases containing several songs they would likely already own on the albums. So that does make sense, even though it's still weird to me this track isn't on one of the main albums.
