Beginning in 2010, the Miss Texas USA pageant scaled back and stopped their Emmy Award winning statewide telecast of the pageant. As of 2023, the Miss Texas USA pageant is currently held in Houston, Texas and can still we watched pay-per-view on the Pageant Vision website.
