Gym Vlog #1 Here we go! In this video, I give a quick look into my Chest and Tricep Training. These 5 exercises (3 chest, 2 tricep) tested my strength, muscular endurance, and gave me a great pump. I was dead tired by the end of this session, but it was great. The first portion was very strength-based with heavy barbell bench press, then I moved into bodybuilding-style sets.
