Add 2 medium Bananas 1:54 2. Add 1/3 cup of Organic Rolled Oats 2:23 3. Add 1/2 cup of Cashews 2:33 4. Add 4 Dates 2:45 5. Add 1 cup of Spinach 3:36 6. Add 1 bunch of Mint Leaves 3:54 7. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Peppermint Extract 4:19 8. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 4:40 9. Add 4 cups of Organic, Unsweetened Almond Milk 5:34 10. Blend until smooth 5:55 11.
