Ingredients:
Coconut Oil
Pinkies
Bananas
Organic Rolled Oats
Cashews
Dates
Spinach
Mint Leaves
Peppermint Extract
Vanilla Extract
Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk
Raw Cacao Nibs
Shake Recipe:
1. Add 2 medium Bananas 1:54
2. Add 1/3 cup of Organic Rolled Oats 2:23
3. Add 1/2 cup of Cashews 2:33
4. Add 4 Dates 2:45
5. Add 1 cup of Spinach 3:36
6. Add 1 bunch of Mint Leaves 3:54
7. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Peppermint Extract 4:19
8. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 4:40
9. Add 4 cups of Organic, Unsweetened Almond Milk 5:34
10. Blend until smooth 5:55
11. Add 1 tablespoon of Infused Coconut Oil 7:38
12. Add 2 tablespoons of Raw Cacao Nibs 8:11
13. Blend on a light pulse setting 8:16
14. Enjoy! 8:43
Infused Coconut Oil: 6:32- 7:37
1. Add 3/4 Cups of Coconut Oil
2. Add 2 Grams of Pinkies
3. Cook on a low simmer for 1 hour
