オールドファッションドーナツ (7個分)
Old fashion donuts (Serve for 7)
A. ドーナツ生地 | Donuts dough
無塩バター | Unsalted butter ...............30g
グラニュー糖 | Granulated sugar ........60g
全卵 | Whole egg .............60g (Mｻｲｽﾞ1個)
薄力粉 | Cake flour ...............................90g
強力粉 | Bread flour ..............................90g
ベーキングパウダー | Baking powder ...4g
B. グラスアロー | Glace a îeau
粉糖 | Powder sugar .............................50g
レモン果汁 | Lemon juice ....................12g
C. チョコレート | Chocolate
お好きなﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄ | Your favorite Chocolate
D. 揚げ | Fry
サラダ油 | Salad oil
1. 油を170℃に温める
2. 切れ込みを上にして4分揚げる
3. ひっくり返してお好みの色になるまで揚げる
1. Warm the oil to 338°F
2. Fry for 4 minutes with the notch facing up
3. Turn the donuts over and fry until the color
you like
