Best Chaguanas Trinidad and Tobago Caribbean Walk Through covering major Streets. Walking around Chaguanas proper in Trinidad, an island in the Caribbean which makes up a Republic known as Trinidad and Tobago. While the name Chaguanas sounds Spanish it was actually named after the Chaguanas Amerindian tribe which was settled in the area and are indigenous to the island. This is a walk through covering all the major streets and roads that are the most traversed when visiting Chaguanas. There will be lots of commentary and I will be leaving the natural sounds so you can hear what I hear. Like all videos in JB's Man Cave, I keep things real by showing you raw footage so you can pick up the details. This is not a tourist video although tourists can use it to gauge what the streets and people are like in Chaguanas. Note: In the video, I mentioned the proposed building for the Chaguanas Library should be for the court. I was told by David, "I would like to point out that the building you referred to as a proposed new magistrate court is actually the new Chaguanas Public library, in suspended construction over many years." To which I asked, "Aren't they supposed to have a new court as well because they are just using somewhere temporarily?" David replied, "Yes, there was a plea for a new court, and the Chag C of Commerce [Chaguanas Chamber of Industry & Commerce] insisted that the purpose-designed library be repurposed to become the court. [..] The courts would be better placed on the large triangle opposite the police station and the RC church." For those curious as to why some parts may be blurred: Usually if the camera focuses too much on the faces of children or some awkward moment then I blur it to protect the integrity of the people around me. These videos focus on the general surroundings and not specific people unless I am conducting an interview or approached by someone during the course of recording.
