Disturbing visuals came from Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahnpur where a patient was dragged by his brother while other family members carried oxygen cylinder in their hands. Later, the patient was referred to another hospital as he couldn't get medical treatment at Shahjahanpur Medical College. These visuals have come at a time when India is witnessing exponential growth in COVID cases. On 22 April, 2,263 people in the country succumbed to coronavirus.
