RECIPE FLOUR 540g Butter 60g Sugar 135g Yeast 11/2 tbs Water 1 cup & 1/8 1 Egg Vanilla flavor A pinch of salt PROCEDURE Sieve your flour in a bowl Add your sugar and yeast Add your margarine Add your egg Add your vanilla flavor Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until you achieve a smooth and stretchy dough. Note if you’re mixing by hands, it will take you 25 minutes. When kneading, cut in balls, allow to rise for 20 minutes To achieve the doughnut white line, fry on a low heat.
