Here are the ingredients and steps: Ingredients: Plain Diamond Cookies 1. 100g Cake Flour 2. 50g Powdered Sugar 3. 75g Unsalted Butter 4. 25g Almond Powder 5. 12g Egg Yolk Matcha Diamond Cookies 1. 95g Cake Flour 2. 50g Powdered Sugar 3. 75g Unsalted Butter 4. 25g Almond Powder 5. 12g Egg Yolk 6. 5g Matcha Powder Chocolate Diamond Cookies 1. 80g Cake Flour 2. 50g Powdered Sugar 3. 75g Unsalted Butter 4. 25g Almond Powder 5. 12g Egg Yolk 6. 20g Cocoa Powder Steps: Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. 2. Let the butter return to room temperature for 15 mins. 3. Sift powdery ingredients twice. 4. Line parchment paper on a baking tray. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plain, Matcha and Chocolate Diamond Cookies 1. Put the butter in a bowl, stir with a spatula until it becomes mayonnaise texture. Add powdered sugar and stir evenly. 2. Add egg yolk and mix well. 3.
