I made a moist pound cake made with rice flour.
Sweet chocolate is also chopped and added for a delicious taste.
It is recommended to put it in a wrapping bag bought at 100-yen and give it as a gift.
▷Ingredients:
100g unsalted butter
90g sugar
2 eggs
90g rice flour
20g ground almonds
4g baking powder
8g cocoa powder
50g sweet chocolate
▷How to make:
1. Combine unsalted butter and sugar.
2. Beat eggs and add in 3 batches, mixing well. 3.
3. Shake in the rice flour, almond pudding, and baking powder.
4. Separate 200 g of the dough and add the cocoa powder and sweet chocolate.
5. Place the pounded dough in alternating layers in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 40-45 minutes.
6. Immediately after baking, remove from the molds and wrap in plastic wrap.
