Hi there! This is Coris Cooking Channel. ▶About Coris Cooking channel I mainly show you how to make sweets, cakes, baked sweets, preserved foods in syrup such as jam and other sweets. I also introduce traditional preserved foods, such as miso, pickled plums and others occasionally. Feel free to call me “Coris”(#^^#) ▶About Coris I’m a graduate of confectionery college. I received training at Kansai patisserie and restaurants. I also gained experience in serving the drink & food menu at a cafe, launching a new patisserie (Chief patissier), developing new recipes, cooking rural cuisine at a farm restaurant. I’ve worked in various fields other than the food service industry. Also, I have visited over 200 sweets shops in Kanto and Kansai (mainly Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe). I like visiting farmers' markets and looking for seasonal ingredients.
