I made soft and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies.
I added lots of hazelnuts and chopped chocolate, which go well with Nutella.
For wrapping, I used Miffy's snack cups from Daiso.
▷Ingredients(8 cookies):
15g × 8 nutella
100g unsalted butter
70g cane sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
140g rice flour
10g corn starch
3g baking powder
1g salt
100g sweet chocolate
50g hazelnuts
▷How to make:
1. Divide the Nutella into 8 x 15g silicone cups and place in the freezer for 1 hour to harden.
2. Combine unsalted butter, cane sugar, whole eggs, and vanilla extract.
3. Combine all the flour ingredients, add to the mixture and mix well.
4. Add chopped hazelnuts and sweet chocolate.
5. Divide the cookie dough into 8 equal portions (about 65g per portion) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the hardened Nutella from the silicone and wrap it in the cookie dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 13-15 minutes.
