These chocolate cookies are easily made with melted butter.
The butter and condensed milk make them moist and fluffy.
▷Ingredients (for 6 cookies)
1 whole egg
60 g unsalted butter
40 g sweetened condensed milk
50 g sugar
Pinch of salt
140 g rice flour (or cake flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
100 g chocolate
30 g walnuts (optional)
▷How to make
1. Chop the sweet chocolate into desired size.
2. Melt the unsalted butter.
3. Beat whole eggs with melted butter and sweetened condensed milk.
4. Add sugar and salt.
Add rice flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add chopped sweet chocolate.
6. Divide the mixture into portions of about 68g each. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 12 to 15 minutes.
