Hello☺Thank you for watching my video. Today I made a banana marble pound cake using one banana that had a sugar spot. The banana makes it sweet and moist even with less sugar and oil. This recipe is a little hard to puff up, but if you take it out of the oven once the surface has set and cut a slit in the middle, it will bake up nice and fluffy. ▷Ingredients (18 cm pound mold) 1 banana 2 whole eggs 50 g sugar Pinch of salt 50 g oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 120 g cake flour or rice flour 30 g ground almonds 5 g baking powder 15 g cocoa powder 1-2 tbsp hot water ▷How to make: 1. Roughly mash the bananas with a fork. 2. Add sugar to all eggs and mix until blended. Add oil, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract. 4. Sift in the cake flour, ground almonds and baking powder and mix until glossy. 5.Dissolve the cocoa powder in hot water and add it to the 200 g of separated dough. 6. Pour the batter randomly into the pound cake mold, mix lightly with a bamboo skewer, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 min
