90g powdered sugar
2 g salt
240g Cake flour
40g hazelnut or almond powder
Corn Starch 20g
✔Ganache (20 pieces)
130g dark chocolate
50g milk chocolate
180g whipped cream
Roasted Hazelnuts 30-40g
