Ingredients:  3 pieces 2 sheets frozen pie sheets(18cm×10cm)  1tsp granulated sugar(per frozen pie sheet) <custard cream> 200ml milk 2 egg yolk 55g granulated sugar 20g cake flour 80ml whipping cream 5g powdered gelatin(soak with 1 tbsp of water) vanilla extract(4-5 drops) 15 strawberries  Notes : depends on the size of the strawberries powdered sugar as you like whipped cream as you like Instructions: 1. Remove the frozen pie sheet from the bag and let it thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes. 2. Prick a frozen pie sheet with a fork in several places. 3. Put the frying pan on low heat, add the frozen pie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Note: I didn't realize this while making the video, but it seems that it's hard to cook the filling, so I think it's better to put a parchment paper on the frying pan and bake the pie sheet on top of it. 4. When it is cooked, turn it over, cover it, and bake the back side for 10 minutes. 5. When all the pie sheets are cooked, sprinkle with granulated sugar and place them inside out in a frying pan. 6. Cover with parchment paper, weight with a frying pan, and bake on high heat for about 1 minute to caramelize. Note: If you don't have two frying pans, you can use a spatula to hold it down. Note: It is very easy to burn, so please check the baking condition on the way. 7. Whip the cream until it forms a soft peak. 8. Put the egg yolk and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix well until it becomes whitish. 9. Add the shaken cake flour and mix gently. 10. Warm the milk in a pot until just before boiling. 11. Add warm milk to the bowl little by little, add vanilla extract and mix well. 12. Put it back in the pan and heat it over medium heat, and thicken it with a wooden spatula while constantly mixing. 13. Strain the cream and add the soaked gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds. 14. Remove from heat by placing in ice water. 15. When the heat is removed, add the cream that has been whipped and mix. Note: Stir quickly as it hardens quickly 16. Cut the stems off the strawberries. 17. Apply custard cream to the pie sheet and put strawberries on it. 18. Then add custard cream and caramelized pie sheet. Note: Apply the gaps and sides of the strawberries so that the cross section is clean. 19. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to harden. 20.
